Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MIG welder with at least three years of experience to join our team at The QTI Group. This is a full-time position offering a competitive hourly rate of $16.50.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lay out and perform specific weld operations and set ups, adhering to high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Follow work instructions, work orders, and blueprints to ensure accurate and efficient production.
  • Utilize jigs, holding fixtures, guides, templates, and measuring instruments to achieve precise results.
  • Inspect completed work, accepting or rejecting components as necessary.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent math skills, including decimals and fractions.
  • Ability to understand and interpret written materials, including instructions, blueprints, and safety standards.
  • Valid forklift operation certification.
  • Basic computer skills.
