Nutritional Culinary Specialist
Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to fill the role of Nutritional Culinary Specialist. This position is essential in ensuring the delivery of high-quality meals to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and resident preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation areas.
- Accurately document food service activities and maintain inventory of supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in dietary cooking or a related field.
- Understanding of specialized diets and nutritional needs.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
