We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at River Ridge Neurorehabilitation Center in Kennebunk, ME. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our center.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure high-quality care.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to promote patient-centered care and achieve optimal outcomes.
