Job Overview

Pine Street Inn seeks a dedicated Guest Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe and supportive environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care and support to guests, responding to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of a housing pathway, motivating guests to work towards housing and connecting them with relevant resources.
  • Enter data into the Homeless Management Information (HMIS) system and document reports in accordance with agency policy.
  • Make sound decisions and seek guidance from supervisors as needed.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one year of experience in the Human Services field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid MA driver's license in good standing
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Administering Narcan and CPR in a work setting
  • Knowledge of addiction, recovery, and mental illness
  • Knowledge of area resources
