Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Curriculum Coordinator to provide key administrative support to the College of Podiatric Medicine's Office of Academic Affairs. The successful candidate will effectively manage course information and schedules, maintain confidential student information, and assist with the coordination and facilitation of the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with Pre-Clinical faculty and staff to provide classroom support for the Pomona campus
  • Monitor and respond to faculty and student emails through Outlook and the ticketing system
  • Collaborate with team members on data entry and maintenance of spreadsheets and databases related to student grades
  • Coordinate with Pre-Clinical budget representative to ensure prompt payment of contracted workers and vendors, and to purchase department supplies
Requirements
  • AA degree and/or combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education
  • 3-5 years experience in a clerical office environment
  • Excellent computer skills necessary to set up document formats in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, and any other software programs required by this position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact in a friendly, cooperative, and appropriate manner with administration, faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders
