Job Summary

As a Clinical Operations Assistant at Spire Orthopedic Partners, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of patient care services. This dynamic and rewarding position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring timely and efficient access to care.
  • Manage supplies, maintain accurate records, and restock exam rooms to optimize clinic efficiency.
  • Clean and disinfect exam rooms, equipment, and instruments to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Take and record patients' vital signs before and after procedures, accurately documenting all results.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other staff members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; medical certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with GE Centricity or similar EMR systems an asset.
