About the Role: We are seeking a qualified spiritual care coordinator to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide spiritual support and guidance that honors each patient's beliefs and values. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide spiritual support and guidance to patients and their families;">
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans;">
  • Assess patients' spiritual needs and provide appropriate interventions;">
  • Document patient interactions and progress in the electronic medical record;">
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines;">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in counseling, theology, divinity, or related field;">
  • Completion of one unit of clinical pastoral education or minister services preferred;">
  • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in hospice or palliative care;">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;">
  • Able to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25 lbs.">
