We are currently in search of an Industrial Maintenance Technician to enhance our dedicated **Bartlesville Maintenance Team**. Work Schedule

Hours: Monday - Friday, 4:00am - 12:30pm. Weekend preventive maintenance may be required occasionally.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $25.00, depending on experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Capability to pass a DOT physical examination.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
  • Knowledge or experience in the following areas:
    • HVAC systems
    • Welding and piping systems
Minimum Requirements
  • Experience or education in one or more of the following fields:
    • Electrical systems
    • Mechanical systems
    • Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
    • Plumbing
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is preferred.
  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Ability to pass a background investigation.
  • Possession of a current, valid driver's license.
  • Basic skills in reading, writing, mathematics, and computer usage.
  • Manual dexterity for operating machinery and computers.
  • Capability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Consistent attendance during scheduled shifts.
Physical Requirements
  • Standard working conditions for a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Frequent lifting of materials weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Operation of machinery and tools requires appropriate safety equipment, including eye protection, hearing protection, and work boots.
Key Responsibilities
  • Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery.
  • Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial equipment.
  • Maintain accurate daily maintenance and repair logs.
  • Communicate effectively with production staff and management.
  • Secure and maintain work tools.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols.
  • Provide training as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
