Job Overview

We are a fast-growing insurance agency, EA Agency / Symmetry Financial Group, seeking an experienced sales professional to join our leadership team as a Remote Sales Director.

This is a 100% commission-only position, with the potential to earn $50,000+ in the first year as a part-time agent and $100,000+ as a full-time agent. Agency owners can generate a system-driven income of $200K - $500K+

About Us

We protect families with life insurance, annuities, IUL, and debt elimination by utilizing our proprietary technology and sales process. Our clients fill out a form requesting information, eliminating cold calling.

  • We have leads: With our streamlined lead generation system, you'll never lack for new opportunities.
  • Competitive commissions: Start at 80% and work your way up to 130%.
  • Agency ownership program: Build a business and move up within our organization.

What You'll Do

You'll be responsible for building and managing a team of sales professionals, driving revenue growth, and developing strategies to increase productivity.
