Key Responsibilities:

- Creating and refining data models, algorithms, and statistical analyses to facilitate predictive analytics and forecasting.
- Interpreting data and analyzing outcomes using statistical methods while providing regular reports.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to grasp business requirements and deliver data-centric solutions.
- Designing dashboards, reports, and visual representations to convey findings to stakeholders and support decision-making processes.
- Executing ad hoc analyses and research initiatives to tackle specific healthcare-related inquiries or challenges.
- Establishing and applying data analysis methodologies and best practices.
- Overseeing and verifying data quality to ensure precision, completeness, and dependability.
- Recognizing opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency improvements through data examination.
- Adhering to healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and data security standards (e.g., HIPAA).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of demonstrated experience as a Data Analyst or in a comparable role within the healthcare sector.
- Expertise in data analysis tools and programming languages, including SPSS, SQL, Python, R, or SAS.
- Exceptional analytical abilities with a focus on collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating substantial amounts of information with precision and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments effectively. Knowledge of healthcare quality metrics, population health management, and value-based care models is beneficial.
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques is a plus but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and succinctly.
- Experience with statistical analysis tools and methodologies.
