Estimated Salary Range:

Based on industry standards and local market conditions, we estimate the hourly rate for this position to be between $50 and $60 per hour. For a 36-hour workweek, this translates to a weekly gross pay of approximately $2000 to $3400.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated nurse recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment department, you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting top nursing talent to meet the needs of our clients across various healthcare settings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least one year of current experience in a healthcare setting
  • Valid BLS (CPR) Certification
  • Valid active certification or licensure in desired working state
  • Additional credentials for specific units, such as ACLS, TNCC, etc.
