As a pivotal member of our team, you will provide System Engineering and Technical Systems (SETA) support, offering your expertise to the sponsor across various aspects of a comprehensive technical policy and governance organization.
- Develop detailed reports and presentations that clearly articulate complex programs and systems to support technology governance.
- Ensure stakeholder expectations are validated, documented, and managed in alignment with the sponsor's objectives.
- Support sponsor managers in refining or establishing processes to realize strategic initiatives.
- Assist the sponsor in evaluating, documenting, and monitoring program requirements, as well as facilitating follow-on technical exchange meetings (TEMs).
- Draft and maintain essential correspondence documents, including operating procedures and internal memoranda.
- Work autonomously and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating minimal supervision to overcome challenges and deliver timely results or recommend the most pertinent course of action.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience; additional four years of experience may substitute for a degree.
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a systems engineering role or similar capacity with the sponsor.
- Proven track record of supporting the sponsor effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in developing technical requirements and conducting thorough technical reviews of documentation.
- Self-motivated individual capable of managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Ability to function independently or as part of a collaborative team.
- Outstanding communication and organizational capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
- Experience in cable writing.
- Certifications in Project Management or Systems Engineering.
