About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, with a focus on floor care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the operation of the scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the entire store, including the Sales Floor, Single Queue, Associate Lounge, Backroom, and Restrooms.
  • Communication: Communicate accurately and effectively with management and associates, adhering to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Teamwork: Cross-train in other areas of the store, including the Backroom, Front End, Sales Floor, and support Front End coverage needs.
Requirements
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Flexibility: Work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the entire store.
  • Physical Stamina: Perform cleaning tasks and run floor buffer and scrubber.
  • Communication Skills: Communicate accurately and effectively with management and associates.
