  • Monitor and assess compliance with policies related to military operational medical readiness and ongoing support.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of active duty experience in military medical roles, focusing on operational medical capabilities and combat planning.
  • Experience in leadership training and exercise planning within the DoD framework.
  • Strong understanding of the DoD Military Health System and its operational capabilities.
  • Proven ability to conduct in-depth analyses of medical strategic and operational plans.
  • Effective communication skills to engage with senior military personnel.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Possession of a Secret clearance.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (5+ years) in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with medical planning tools and data analysis.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • A Master's degree in a relevant field.

Security Clearance:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.
