We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director, Patient Access to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.

About the Job

The Director, Patient Access will be responsible for developing and implementing operational plans that align with the strategic goals of the University of Miami. This includes creating and maintaining monthly budgets, preparing department performance reports, and developing short and long-term strategies for improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational plans that align with the strategic goals of the University of Miami.
  • Create and maintain monthly budgets.
  • Prepare department performance reports.
  • Develop short and long-term strategies for improvement.
  • Establish and continuously assess the effectiveness of internal controls within the unit and compliance with University policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of relevant experience are required. Epic system experience is preferred.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $95,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.
