Job Title: Heavy Equipment Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team at National Salvage & Service Corporation. As a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy equipment, trucks, and service vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, trucks, and service vehicles
  • Conduct vehicle/equipment inspections and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve worn, broken, or damaged parts
  • Maintain knowledge and adherence to all safety policies and procedures
  • Work on electrical, hydraulic, and suspension systems to ensure proper functioning
  • Perform preventive maintenance procedures to meet or exceed industry standards
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Diesel Mechanic
  • Deep working knowledge of hydraulics and diesel vehicles
  • Experience using mig and stick welding processes
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
