Position Overview:

We are looking for a meticulous Manufacturing Support Technician to join our advanced GMP facility. This role is crucial in assisting with the setup of equipment, upholding cleanliness standards, and ensuring the seamless operation of manufacturing processes.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the setup, disassembly, and sanitation of equipment before and after production cycles.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and quality assurance teams to prepare facilities for production tasks.
  • Adhere to stringent cleaning and sanitization protocols in line with cGMP regulations.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to promptly identify and rectify cleanliness concerns.
  • Accurately document procedures and maintain records in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Follow safety guidelines and ensure the proper management of hazardous materials.
  • Support the calibration and maintenance schedules for equipment.
  • Engage in training sessions to remain informed about industry standards.
  • Assist with the movement of materials and the disposal of biohazardous waste.
  • Be prepared to work flexible hours, including off-shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma is required; technical training in biopharmaceutical manufacturing is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degrees in life sciences or engineering will also be considered.
  • Experience with sanitization and aseptic techniques is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A commitment to safety protocols and adherence to SOPs.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Physical stamina and capability to lift objects as necessary.
