Key Responsibilities
  • Aid providers in treatment procedures and ensure constant presence with patients
  • Welcome and escort patients to treatment rooms
  • Assist with treatment procedures as directed
  • Promote oral hygiene and general health awareness
  • Maintain a hygienic work environment adhering to infection control protocols
  • Review patient health history, make accurate chart entries, and ensure completion of necessary forms
  • Guide patients through their dental visits with empathy and support
  • Support Dental Hygienist by taking X-rays, preparing treatment rooms, and assisting with procedures
  • Manage clinical supplies, maintain inventory, and coordinate orders
  • Prepare trays and instruments based on daily schedules
  • Assist with front office tasks as required
  • Uphold patient confidentiality and company policies
  • Perform routine maintenance on dental equipment
  • Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of dental assistant experience OR certification as a registered dental assistant
  • Dental X-Ray License strongly preferred
  • Pediatric experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Practice Management Charting
  • Experience in Treatment Planning strongly preferred
