Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage regularly with clients, providing consultation and support.
  • Prepare and review tax returns for S-Corporations, C-Corporations, Partnerships, Trusts, Estates, and Individuals.
  • Oversee the preparation and evaluation of financial statements.
  • Respond to client inquiries, identify issues, and propose effective solutions.
  • Conduct research on accounting and tax matters relevant to specific clients.
  • Manage multiple assignments and adhere to deadlines.
  • Collaborate with team members to foster their professional growth and training.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related discipline; CPA or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of accounting experience, with a focus on tax preparation and consulting.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt priorities as needed.
  • Experience in technical tax return review.
  • Client-facing experience is essential.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
