Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Support Specialist to join our team at VitalSkin Dermatology. As a full-time Clinical Multitasking Specialist, you will be part of a collaborative team supporting dermatology providers by ensuring all patients receive high-quality care while demonstrating consistent adherence to the practice's standards and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of customer service experience, advanced proficiency with computers, and strong communication skills. Previous experience in the medical field is a plus, but we will train the right candidate. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with at least one year of Certified Medical Assistant experience preferred. EMR experience, preferably ModMed EMA or comparable software, is also necessary. We offer merit-based competitive pay, on-the-job training, direct hands-on experience with patients, and comprehensive benefits.

Estimated Salary:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
