Job Title: Surgical Technologist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Surgical Technologist to join our team at Focus Staff. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures, providing exceptional patient care, and maintaining a safe and efficient operating room environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare operating rooms and equipment for surgical procedures
  • Assist surgeons and other medical staff during procedures
  • Maintain aseptic techniques and sterile environments
  • Monitor and manage surgical supplies and equipment
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Completion of a Surgical Technologist program or equivalent experience
  • Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) or Certified Surgical Assistant (CSA)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
