Regional Manager Opportunity

Peak Management LLC is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the operations of our apartment communities across Michigan, Georgia, Illinois, and Kansas. As a Regional Manager, you will provide strategic leadership, direction, and support to our property managers and teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure properties operate at maximum efficiency and maintain high standards.
  • Develop and implement effective leasing, marketing, and analytical reporting strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with Fair Housing guidelines and ensure compliance.
  • Drive maximum cash flow and improve property value.
  • Travel up to 75% of the time to support our communities.
