Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot various alarm systems.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot a range of residential and commercial security systems, smart home technologies, access control solutions, and surveillance systems.
- Address the safety and security requirements of our clients, assisting them in establishing an efficient smart home or business setup that surpasses their expectations.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational abilities, a positive demeanor, excellent follow-through, and a quick learning aptitude.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a driving record that aligns with company standards.
- Exceptional communication skills and teamwork with both technicians and administrative staff.
- Outstanding customer service skills and client interaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Capability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Please note: This position requires extensive use of ladders; candidates with a fear of heights may find this role unsuitable.
