Soccer Specialist Position

The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking part-time sports enthusiasts to help facilitate our soccer program. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for soccer and enjoy working with young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with soccer practices and games on weekends and some evenings
  • Work with children and parents to promote a positive and inclusive team environment
  • Communicate effectively with staff and volunteers to ensure a smooth program operation

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of soccer rules and regulations
  • Ability to work well with children and adults
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
