CULTA is seeking a dedicated Cannabis Consultant to join our retail team in Urbana, MD. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying customer eligibility, assisting with order fulfillment, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records. You will also engage with customers to provide information and support regarding our product range.
Key Responsibilities:
- Authenticate customer eligibility in the electronic verification system.
- Assist in preparing and packaging customer orders.
- Process payments and manage transactions through the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain precise records of sales and customer information.
- Address inquiries from customers regarding product details and availability.
- Comply with all safety and operational protocols.
- Ensure all products received meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist in stock management.
- Report any discrepancies or issues related to product handling.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong understanding of cannabis regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Office 365 and adaptable to new software.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to stand for extended periods and perform various physical tasks.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
