Outside Business Development Representative

We're looking for an Outside Business Development Representative to join our team at Arrow Financial Business Group. As an Outside Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with existing clients.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $90,000, depending on experience and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to client emails and phone inquiries promptly
- Scheduling follow-up appointments with prospective and existing clients to assess their needs
- Participating in scheduled calls or meetings with the sales team or manager
- Cultivating and managing your own book of business
- Collaborating with the sales team manager to set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- Already licensed in Health & Life or willingness to obtain
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional work experience
