Key Responsibilities

  • Review all printed and digital materials for accuracy in spelling, punctuation, and color fidelity. This encompasses catalogs, brochures, promotional items, and our online presence.
  • Acquire knowledge of catalog timelines, manage workflows under tight deadlines, and oversee our marketing distribution materials.
  • Proactively ensure that projects stay on track from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate across departments, including Design, Photography, Merchandising, and Distribution.
  • Organize, update, and maintain project files.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven organizational and time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with the print production process is advantageous.
