Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for Facilities, managing the Computerized Facilities Management System (CFMS) and coordinating department workflows.
  • Assist contractors, vendors, and employees with inquiries and issues.
  • Maintain vendor and contractor relationships, including contracts, Certifications of Insurance, and safety compliance.
  • Handle cleaning and handyman projects as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in facilities, construction, or building trades.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 lbs.
