Aquatic Educator

We are seeking an enthusiastic Aquatic Educator to join our team at Katz JCC J Splash Swim School.

About the Role:

As an Aquatic Educator, you will have the opportunity to teach swim lessons to beginners and experienced youth and adults, working alongside our team of instructors to provide a top-notch program and instruction.

Job Summary:

  • Teach swim lessons for beginner to advanced levels.
  • Work collaboratively with the Program Manager to coordinate private swim lessons.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Red Cross First Aid/AED/CPR certification preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work with children and adults.
  • Friendly demeanor with great customer service skills.
  • Mastery of the four strokes.
  • Possession of a genuine passion for teaching learners how to swim.
