Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and reliable service to each guest, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store, register area, and backroom, adhering to company standards.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
  • Ensure compliance with age-restricted products, such as tobacco, alcohol, and lottery.
  • Prepare food and beverages in a safe and sanitary manner, following company procedures.
  • Participate in daily paperwork and record-keeping, accurately documenting sales and other store activities.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 0-6 months' work experience.
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Must successfully complete company training.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to traverse all parts of the store quickly.
  • Prolonged periods of standing on a hard-surfaced floor.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds at a time.
