Heat Exchanger Aftermarket Sales Manager

This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your contributions will have a direct impact on our bottom line.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the sales of our aftermarket products, with a focus on transformer and generator cooling systems.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure sales objectives are met.
  • Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in aftermarket sales, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of transformer and generator cooling systems.
  • Strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and how to use them to drive sales performance.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to train and mentor a sales team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
