Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care to residents in post-acute facilities
- Collaborate with physicians and other staff to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and maintain medical equipment
- Document resident histories and interventions
- Supervise and train nursing and other staff as needed
- Current Delaware state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Successful completion of an approved nursing program
- 6 months of experience as an RN or in a related role
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Advanced organizational skills
