Job Title: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at The Studer Family Children's Hospital at Sacred Heart in Pensacola, Florida.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our neonatal patients and their families. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a busy, Level-IIIB NICU with a strong focus on providing excellent care and support to our patients and families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive care to neonatal patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Current APRN national specialty certification
  • Minimum of a master's degree
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
