You will partner with Medical Center leadership teams and departments to support the effectiveness of local programs and help leadership meet key organizational initiatives. Your expertise will be essential in attaining organizational goals and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and expert consultation on the design, development, and implementation of programs related to healthcare operations and clinical practice.
• Serve as the content expert in healthcare operations and clinical practice, providing technical assistance and advice.
• Lead a team of consultants, analysts, and/or staff focused on delivering services and products within the responsible technical area.
• Develop standards, procedures, and policies to ensure the responsible unit is maintained at an acceptable level of quality.
• Ensure reports and information disseminated from the area are accurate, timely, and consistent, and meet the needs of clients.

Requirements:
• Minimum six (6) years of experience in a management or clinical leadership role.
• Bachelors degree required.
• Current California license or certification in a professional clinical field, such as nursing, pharmacy, psychology, respiratory care, infection control, or MD.
• Proven leadership skills in consulting, with the ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities and manage a wide range of projects.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct and interpret quantitative/qualitative information with analytical problem-solving and project management.
• Must be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Masters degree preferred.
