Division/Program Overview:
Our team collaborates to fulfill goals, action items, and timetables outlined in written practice and fidelity implementation plans. We develop practice handbooks, guidelines, therapeutic session scripts, fidelity protocols, and monitoring tools to ensure optimal use of evidence-based or evidence-informed practices.

Job Description:
As a Senior Practice Implementation Specialist, you'll collaborate with our Department of Research & Program Practices to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of fidelity to practice models across our agencies and programs. You'll report to our Senior Director of Research and Program Practices and work closely with an RPP Fidelity Analyst I to support the development and implementation of practice handbooks, guidelines, therapeutic session scripts, fidelity protocols, and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement practice handbooks, guidelines, therapeutic session scripts, fidelity protocols, and monitoring tools for staff to ensure optimal use of evidence-based or evidence-informed practices.
* Communicate, train, and model the use of new practices, protocols, and tools.
* Articulate expectations of evidence-based practice developers and facilitate external training for program teams.
* Assist in administering fidelity protocols and guiding program teams in utilizing fidelity data for program improvement.
* Consult with leadership and program staff on applying research and fidelity data for continuous quality improvement.

Requirements:
* Master's degree in psychology, social work, public health, communications, or related area.
* At least 5 years' experience in direct care including use of one or more EBPs/EIPs.
* At least 3 years with research and writing functions, incl. while in graduate degree program.
* Strong preference for a clinical license (MFT, LCSW, Psychologist, etc.).

What We Offer:
* Competitive compensation: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year.

Working Hours/Shift:
Monday - Friday (AM).
Working Location:
Oakland, CA (Hybrid & Remote Options).
