Rust & Company CPAs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Preparer to join our team of professionals. As a Tax Preparer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients by preparing federal and state income tax returns for individuals and businesses.
Key Responsibilities- Primary Function: Prepare federal and state income tax returns for individuals and businesses, including partnerships, corporations, and S corporations.
- Secondary Function: Provide accounting services to small business clients, including outsourced cloud-based accounting solutions, A/P, payroll, and reporting.
- Interpersonal/Client Development Skills: Develop strong relationships with clients, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and maintain a proactive approach to client service.
- Experience: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of experience in accounting work, and strong technology skills using Microsoft Office.
- Competitive Salary: Commensurate with experience.
