Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Technician to join our team at Dayton Freight Lines. As a Field Technician, you will play a critical role in coordinating and supporting technical projects related to the setup and maintenance of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support technical projects related to IT infrastructure setup and maintenance
  • Exercise discretion to order and track vendor services for Service Center locations
  • Travel to service centers to analyze and install/move facility equipment
  • Provide technical support to end-users via Help Desk and in the field
  • Maintain proper documentation for all projects/tasks assigned
Requirements
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Ability to deploy and terminate network wiring
  • Ability to provide functional direction to other technical support
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work effectively
  • Ability to self-manage and demonstrate initiative
