At River City Roofing of South Dakota, we are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee our roofing projects. This role is essential in driving sales, generating leads, and ensuring that projects are completed successfully and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a consistent presence in the office to facilitate coordination of sales efforts and teamwork.
  • Engage actively in lead generation initiatives alongside the canvassing team on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Participate in regular coaching sessions with management to enhance performance.
  • Deliver at least one repair or replacement project weekly, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Attend all training sessions provided to improve skills and knowledge in the roofing sector.

Ideal Candidates Will:

  • Conduct comprehensive inspections, provide photographic documentation, and create precise estimates.
  • Secure signed agreements from property owners.
  • Ensure that the scope and costs of work are approved, including managing insurance claims.
  • Collect necessary payments, including upfront checks or insurance checks.
  • Prepare and submit all required project documentation.
  • Supervise the completion of jobs and ensure final payments are collected.
  • Maintain thorough job files, including photographs and completion forms.
  • Be willing to commute or relocate as necessary.
