As a Concrete Finisher at Ainsworth-Benning Construction, you will learn to work alongside experienced professionals in the construction industry. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve assisting with various concrete finishing tasks, such as pouring, leveling, and smoothing concrete surfaces to the specified requirements. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in using tools and equipment essential for achieving high-quality finishes on sidewalks, curb and gutter, concrete pavement, fillets, approaches, inlets, and other miscellaneous site work. With guidance from our team, you will develop the skills needed to become a proficient Concrete Finisher and contribute to the successful completion of diverse projects.

To excel as a Concrete Finisher at Ainsworth-Benning Construction, you should possess at least 5 years of concrete experience and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Attention to detail and the ability to take pride in your finished work are essential qualities for this role. You must hold a valid driver's license with a safe driving record and be insurable.

Additionally, candidates must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this position. Proficiency in using various tools and equipment related to concrete finishing is a plus.
