Job Title: Senior Campaign Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Campaign Manager to join our team at Michigan Organizing Project. As a key member of our electoral outreach team, you will be responsible for leading our statewide electoral outreach program to promote civic engagement, voter registration, and electoral participation in low-income and immigrant communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive electoral outreach strategy to increase voter registration and participation in low-income and immigrant communities.
• Lead a team of organizers and volunteers to execute the electoral outreach strategy, including canvassing, phone banking, and voter registration drives.
• Collaborate with community organizations and stakeholders to build relationships and identify opportunities for electoral outreach.
• Develop and manage budgets for electoral outreach activities, including canvassing, phone banking, and voter registration drives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of electoral outreach activities, including voter registration and participation rates.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase voter turnout and participation in low-income and immigrant communities.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in electoral outreach, campaign management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in increasing voter registration and participation in low-income and immigrant communities.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a team of organizers and volunteers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with community organizations and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of electoral outreach activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with community organizations and stakeholders to build relationships and identify opportunities for electoral outreach.
• Knowledge of voter registration and participation trends in low-income and immigrant communities.
• Experience developing and managing budgets for electoral outreach activities.
