Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

Job Description:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse on our team, you will play a vital role in providing skilled nursing services to patients in their homes. Your expertise will be valued and respected as you:

  • Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identifying patient needs and developing effective interventions.
  • Document patient progress, communicating regularly with healthcare teams and families.
  • Foster a culture of respect, empathy, and professionalism within our team.
  • Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and agency policies.

Requirements:

  • New York State License and current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • Able to comply with New York State regulatory requirements for patient care.
  • Previous experience as an LPN preferred, but new graduates welcome to apply.
