Job Summary:

The Customer Service Coordinator will provide administrative and customer service support to our clients, internal employees, and outside vendors at Cardlog. This role coordinates the movement of freight via all modes of transportation, ensuring seamless logistics and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate information and data for clients, employees, and vendors.
  • Receive and process orders from clients and other departments, ensuring timely and efficient movement of goods.
  • Coordinate with staff members to make decisions based on best course of action and circumstances on a shipment-by-shipment basis, maintaining service standards, profitability, and fairness to customers and vendors.
  • Provide customers and vendors with accurate and timely shipment details, including driver locations and expected ETAs.
  • Maintain a sense of urgency while ensuring accuracy and speed in freight movement.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, customers, carriers, and vendors, creating a pleasant atmosphere for all stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Three months to one year of experience in the industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
