Soliant is seeking a highly motivated and experienced School-Based SLPA Full-Time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our team.

About the Role

This full-time opportunity involves providing direct speech and language services to students, assisting in implementing individualized education programs (IEPs), and tracking progress under the supervision of a licensed SLP.

  • Provide one-on-one and group speech therapy to students under the direction of a licensed SLP
  • Implement and monitor IEPs, supporting students in meeting their speech and language goals
  • Assist with screening and assessments to identify students' needs and recommend appropriate interventions
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and report findings to the supervising SLP
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure a comprehensive approach to student support
  • Participate in IEP meetings when necessary, providing input on student progress
  • Manage a diverse caseload, working with students from various backgrounds and age groups
Requirements
  • Active SLPA license in the state required
  • Previous experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations is highly preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to manage multiple caseloads and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to therapy and student support
  • Patient and genuinely interested in helping students reach their full potential
