We are seeking a dedicated Child Interventionist to join our team at Butterfly Effects. As an integral part of our mission, you will work directly with children with autism, helping them develop essential skills and support their families in creating lasting change.

About the Role:

  • You will work in a part-time capacity, requiring 12-20 hours per week, and enjoy a competitive salary ranging from $24.00 to $28.00 per hour, based on experience, education, and certifications.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring seamless communication among stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with families, providing empathy and support throughout the treatment process.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • You must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle, as some positions may require travel.
  • A positive attitude, strong people skills, and a passion for working with children are essential qualities for this role.
