Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Executive Chef to develop and implement the culinary vision of the restaurant.
  • Manage daily kitchen operations while maintaining a hands-on approach during service.
  • Uphold high standards of food quality, presentation, and flavor.
  • Train and mentor kitchen personnel, fostering a positive and professional atmosphere.

  • Oversee inventory management and control food costs to enhance profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years in culinary management or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive background in professional kitchens, particularly in high-volume, upscale environments.
  • Strong culinary skills with knowledge of diverse cooking techniques and cuisines.
  • Proven leadership abilities to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with guests and staff.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.

Physical Requirements:
