Clark's Aspen is on the lookout for a passionate Assistant Culinary Leader to join our team. This role involves supporting the culinary team and ensuring the flawless execution of our menu while delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Executive Chef to develop and implement the culinary vision of the restaurant.
- Manage daily kitchen operations while maintaining a hands-on approach during service.
- Uphold high standards of food quality, presentation, and flavor.
- Train and mentor kitchen personnel, fostering a positive and professional atmosphere.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Oversee inventory management and control food costs to enhance profitability.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and dining areas.
- Encourage a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the kitchen team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years in culinary management or equivalent experience.
- Extensive background in professional kitchens, particularly in high-volume, upscale environments.
- Strong culinary skills with knowledge of diverse cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Proven leadership abilities to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with guests and staff.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires meeting specific physical demands to perform essential functions effectively. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
