We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to provide pediatric private duty care in the Metairie area and surrounding communities. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Job Responsibilities- Provide high-quality clinical services to patients in their homes, adhering to infection control standards and the plan of care/service plan.
- Conduct thorough clinical nursing assessments in accordance with federal and state program requirements.
- Ensure patient eligibility and medical necessity for services, as defined by payer source and agency policy.
- Develop and revise individualized plans of care and/or service plans, in collaboration with other community providers.
- Initiate plan of care revisions as needed, with physician approval.
- A minimum of one year of experience as an RN, with recent clinical experience as an LPN considered for LA residents.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice, with no restrictions.
- Current CPR certification.
- Access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
