About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Hospice Community Liaison to join our team in the Camden / Gloucester County, NJ region.

This role involves promoting our company services and hospice care in the community, analyzing market potential, and developing sales and marketing objectives.

  • Analyze target markets in our service area.
  • Present our agency credentials to healthcare facilities to obtain patient referrals.
  • Analyze our organization's strengths and weaknesses.
  • Evaluate past and current marketing data.
  • Analyze our product line.
  • Examine patient-company relationships.
  • Develop sales and marketing objectives with projected outcomes.
  • Create a marketing plan with identified priorities and timelines.
  • Implement the plan while adhering to established timelines.
  • Regularly review and assess analyses and plans.
  • Attend industry meetings as necessary.
  • Support office staff as needed.
  • Provide community outreach and education.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work interacting with health agencies/professionals.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Effective communication skills (oral and written).
  • A valid driver's license with an insured vehicle.
