Hospice Outreach Specialist

Ennoble Care is a pioneering mobile healthcare service provider catering to patients in the East Coast region. Our clinicians visit patients' homes, delivering comprehensive care for individuals with chronic conditions and limited mobility.

We are seeking a skilled Hospice Community Liaison to join our Camden / Gloucester County, NJ team. This full-time role involves promoting company services and hospice care within the community.

• Analyze local markets to identify target areas for growth.
• Establish relationships with healthcare professionals at doctor's offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing centers to present Ennoble Care credentials and secure patient referrals.
• Conduct market research to determine organizational strengths and weaknesses.
• Evaluate past and current marketing data to inform future strategies.
• Analyze our service offerings and patient relationships to drive business growth.
• Develop sales and marketing objectives, as well as sales projections.
• Design a tailored marketing plan, setting priorities and deadlines.
• Implement the marketing plan while meeting established timelines.
• Regularly review and assess analyses and plans.
• Attend industry meetings as necessary.
• Assist office staff with administrative tasks.
• Provide community outreach and education on Ennoble Care services.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work, with a proven track record of interacting with health agencies and professionals.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

• Competitive salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum.
