The City of Little Rock is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodial Worker I to join our team. As a Custodial Worker I, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our community centers and facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain community centers and facilities, including restrooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces
- Sweep and mop floors, dust and clean windows, and perform other light custodial and housekeeping tasks
- Empty and replace plastic liners in wastebaskets and recycle bins
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Notify supervisor of supplies needed
- One year of experience in general or manual labor
- Ability to work regular and irregular work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Arkansas Driver's License
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Experience in basic yard maintenance, such as mowing, weed eating, and tree trimming
- Experience in construction or manual labor
