Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee the overall operation of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and finances.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure that every guest has a positive experience, from the moment they walk in the door to the moment they leave.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including marketing initiatives and promotions.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, including managers, servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar role.
  • Education: 4-year college degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
